1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KreatiftaAI services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

KreatiftaAI provides an AI-powered platform for generating content including images, videos, and text. The service uses a credit system for each content generation.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Each person may only have one account.
• We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credit System

• Credits are used only to access content generation features (images, videos, audio, and other AI services) on the KreatiftaAI platform.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-withdrawable in any form.
• Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.
• Credits are not electronic money, savings, or investment instruments. Credits are access rights to use platform services.
• Credit prices may change at any time with prior notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to previously purchased credits.

5. Content Policy & Responsible Use

KreatiftaAI is committed to maintaining a safe, ethical, and lawful digital environment. All content generated through our platform is automatically moderated.

5.1. Content Ownership

• Content you generate belongs to you and may be used for commercial purposes.
• You are fully responsible for the use of generated content.
• KreatiftaAI does not claim ownership of content you create.

5.2. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from using the platform to generate the following content:

• Pornography & sexual content — including nudity, erotic content, sexual exploitation, and any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Hate speech & discrimination — racial supremacy, hate propaganda against specific groups.
• Explicit violence — gore, mutilation, torture, and content depicting graphic violence against humans or animals.
• Terrorism & extremism — terrorist propaganda, calls for mass violence, content supporting prohibited organizations.
• Fraud & forgery — fake identity creation, deepfakes for fraud, phishing templates, forged documents.
• Drugs & illegal substances — instructions for manufacturing or trading narcotics and illegal substances.
• Copyright infringement — reproduction of copyrighted works without the owner's permission.
• Harmful information — instructions for manufacturing weapons, explosives, or activities endangering public safety.

5.3. Automated Moderation System

Our platform implements an automated content moderation system that scans all prompts before processing. This system:

• Blocks prompts detected to contain prohibited content.
• Records every violation for audit and security purposes.
• Applies a tiered warning system to violating users.

5.4. Violation Consequences

Violations of the content policy will be addressed as follows:

• Violations 1-2: Prompt blocked, user receives a violation notification.
• Violations 3-4: Prompt blocked with a strong warning that the account will be deactivated.
• 5th Violation: Account automatically deactivated. Remaining credits cannot be refunded.
• For severe violations (CSAM, terrorism), the account will be immediately deactivated without warning and data will be reported to authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the content prohibitions above, you are also prohibited from:

• Using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or attacking platform infrastructure.
• Misusing APIs or performing scraping without written permission.
• Sharing accounts with others or selling account access.
• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the content moderation system.
• Using bots or automated scripts to access the service without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

KreatiftaAI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of the service.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
